Mediation

Our extensive experience from ordinary litigation also comes in useful when we are involved in mediations. It is important to the client to know their position and we can help them assess the best alternative to a negotiated agreement.

Our contributions to mediation cases are:

• solid and experience-based advice on the alternatives to a legal action and on the mediation proceedings
• preparing the client properly before the mediation proceedings
• quick advice during the mediation proceedings so that the possibility of an agreement is not missed.

Mediators

All our mediators have completed the mediator programme and are certified in court-based mediation and mediation.

We are specialists in handling and managing the process so that the parties get an understanding of each other’s situations.

It is our job to make sure that all parties are actively involved in finding a joint and voluntary solution.
