Magnus Bjerre Clausen specialises in dispute resolution and advice on construction law and procurement law.

Magnus advises owners, technical advisors and contractors on all legal questions regarding construction law, including questions about procurement and contracting, liability for defects and delays and dispute resolution, including expert surveys and appraisals and quick decisions. In addition to working as an attorney, Magnus is also an external lecturer in construction law at the University of Copenhagen. In procurement law, he provides advice on both the planning and completion of procurement under the Danish Public Procurement Act, the Danish Tender Act, the Utilities Directive and the Defence and Security Directive. Magnus is therefore very experienced in procurement concerning complex acquisitions, including large construction projects and construction according to the flexible tendering procedures. He is also very experienced in acquisitions in the area of defence and security, and he is a member of our expert group for Evaluation and Evaluation Models. Finally, Magnus has special experience in litigation and arbitration and in handling complaints against calls for tenders before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud). He also has experience in alternative dispute resolution procedures in construction in particular such as mediation and conciliation.
