Restriction on Automated Data Collection and Use of Content
Poul Schmith owns the copyrights to all content on Poul Schmith's website – including, but not limited to – articles, news, analyses, texts, graphics, images, and other material. The content is protected by copyright law and other relevant legislation.
It is not permitted to use automated techniques, systems or software (including so-called scraping, crawling, text- and data mining, artificial intelligence (AI) or similar technologies) to collect, copy, store, analyze, process, or otherwise exploit content from Poul Schmith’s website, neither in whole nor in part, without prior written permission from Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten. Poul Schmith/Kammeradvokaten hereby expressly reserves the right to use of the content for text and data mining, in accordance with Section 11b of the Danish Copyright Act.
This includes, among other things, any use of the content for the purpose of:

training, developing, or improving artificial intelligence systems, language models, or machine-learning tools;

any other commercial or non-commercial reuse involving automated processing of our material.
Violation of the above may result in legal action and claims for damages or remuneration in accordance with applicable legislation.
