Tina provides advice on all types of infrastructure, construction and urban development projects. In her practice areas, she represents contractors, private owners, project developers and public authorities. Tina has a right of audience before the Danish High Court, and she represents her clients before the ordinary courts of law, in cases before complaints boards and before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board (Voldgiftsnævnet for Bygge- og Anlægsvirksomhed). She holds courses and workshops and lectures on the AB18 scheme, the Danish Environmental Assessment Act and planning-related questions about noise, light and odour.
