The environmental law regulation of society is becoming more and more diversified. The number of Danish and EU law rules is on the rise, and their complexity and interaction often pose big challenges for public authorities.

With our focus on public Denmark as a client, we have in-depth knowledge of the special administrative law issues that arise in connection with environmental matters.

Our advice covers a wide field and includes:

  • assistance with drafting decisions in specific cases
  • advice on the drafting of proposed new legislation, including the implementation of EU legal acts
  • assistance with planning and handling new or a growing number of administrative cases in the various administrations.

Litigation

We represent public authorities in disputes, be it litigation or for example complaints before valuation commissions. With constantly about 100 pending legal actions about environmental issues, we have extensive experience in litigation and strategic planning of legal actions, also in these areas.
