As an attorney in our environmental team, Daniella is part of one of Denmark's largest and most experienced teams of specialists. For more than seven years, Daniella has focused on advising on environmental law and planning law and relating administrative law and EU law matters. More specifically, Daniella's practice areas include: - Soil contamination - Extraction of raw materials - The rules on environmental assessments (environmental impact assessment (EIA) and strategic environmental assessments (SEA)) - Nature protection and the habitat rules - Planning law matters In that connection Daniella has also assisted state authorities, among others, with specific case management assistance and competency development, and Daniela has experience in large investigations into the administration by authorities in certain specific areas. Daniella has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and has conducted a large number of cases involving environmental and planning law.
