Kim has a right of audience before the Danish High Court, and he has conducted a number of court cases of general public importance about compulsory sale under the Danish Planning Act, illegal regulation under the Danish Act on Watercourses, environmental approval of mink farms and interpretation of the Danish Act on Public Roads, etc. In addition, Kim provides assistance to government agencies with specific assistance with matters and competency development. This has resulted in several projects (PRINCE2) where Kim as the project manager has assisted with finalising a large number of decisions on the environmental approval of livestock husbandry and industrial enterprises, enforcement notices under the Danish Soil Contamination Act, approvals under the Danish Act on Raw Materials, the earnings band of electricity grid companies and the supervision of the costs of energy-saving projects. Kim is also an experienced speaker and conducts courses on environmental and energy law. Kim also facilitates Poul Schmith's Environmental Network and Forum on Pipes.
