He offers advice about procurement and contracting, about issues arisen in the course of construction and the handling of constructions disputes, including arbitration. Bo has extensive experience in construction tenders, both in their traditional form and in the diverse cooperation forms developed in the field of construction. Bo has also assisted with a wide range of design contests under the Public Procurement Directive. In addition, Bo is a member of several associations such as the Danish Society for Construction and Consulting Law and the Framework Condition Committee under the auspices of the Danish Association of Construction Clients and Danish Procurement Law Association.
