Emil Baumann Geist

Emil originally trained at Poul Schmith with a close connection to government and other public-sector developers. He subsequently worked as a self-employed attorney and as an in-house counsel for big technical engineering and construction contractors. Before Emil came back to Poul Schmith, he worked as a chief legal counsel for about 10 years, first at a technical engineering group and later at a general and turnkey contractor group. As a result of his career path, Emil is able to provide advice based on deep knowledge of the industry and the internal mechanisms of both developers and contractors. This insight from both sides of the table is used to seek constructive dialogue and amicable solutions, which will almost always be the best solution. Emil works on building and construction projects from start to finish for both developers and contractors. Emil provides assistance both as a permanent preferred adviser and when called upon to deal with specific issues. Always bearing in mind that the focus is on the project and that the task must be carried out in collaboration with the client.
