Thomas Melchior Fischer advises on M&A and private equity transactions for Danish and international corporates, private equity funds, financial sponsors, family offices and other investors, including acquisitions, disposals, investments, exits, joint ventures and transactions with cross-border elements. Thomas advises across the transaction process, from structuring, due diligence and negotiations to transaction documents, W&I insurance, signing and closing. Thomas also advises on company law matters relating to transactions and ownership structures, including governance, capital matters and shareholders’ agreements. Thomas teaches company law at the University of Copenhagen and is an appointed external examiner in company law and M&A.
