Thomas has experience in acquisitions and disposals, investments, exits, joint ventures, ownership structures and transaction documentation. Thomas works across the full transaction process, from structuring and due diligence to negotiations, signing and closing. He also advises on company law matters, governance, capital matters and ownership structures. Thomas is an external lecturer in company law at the University of Copenhagen.
