New partner in M&A and private equity

Attorney Tina Kang will join Poul Schmith’s M&A team as a partner on 1 September 2026.

Tina specialises in M&A, private equity and general company law. She has extensive experience in all aspects of M&A transactions and has been involved in a wide range of Danish and international corporate transactions.

“Tina has solid experience in complex M&A transactions involving cross-border and international elements, and she will play an important role in the continued development of our M&A practice,” says partner Carina Vang Kristoffersen, head of Corporate Commercial at Poul Schmith.
