New partner to join M&A, corporate law and private equity
Attorney Thomas Melchior Fischer joins Poul Schmith as a partner on 1 May.
Attorney Thomas Melchior Fischer joins Poul Schmith as a partner on 1 May.
Thomas will strengthen our M&A and private equity focus with both solid professionalism and significant experience in transactions.
Thomas holds a Master of Laws from the University of Copenhagen (2011) and has since maintained a close connection to the University as an external lecturer in corporate law. In addition, he is an appointed external examiner in the Body of External Examiners for legal education within corporate law and M&A.
Thomas was previously with Gorrissen Federspiel, where he has been employed since 2021.
