Intersport Denmark is part of one of the world’s largest retail chains for sports goods and comprises around 80 stores across Denmark. Nordsport Holdings AB is the parent company of Intersport Sweden, and through the acquisition, the Nordic collaboration of the Intersport group will be strengthened.
Poul Schmith has advised throughout the process and the negotiations, and the transaction was completed in June 2025.
The transaction was led by Carina Vang Kristoffersen and Line Vittrup Andersson in collaboration with other specialist colleagues.
