This is done by helping the parties understand the contract(s), negotiations and dispute resolution, etc during the project period. Milena is very experienced in agile IT projects, including how agile methods can help create more value and promote innovation in public and private digitalisation projects including by using AI where she has gained special expertise in AI and data legislation. Milena also advises on the use of AI and data including compliance in AI projects through design, implementation and supplier management. Milena is an experienced speaker and she regularly speaks on agile IT procurement and IT contracts and at our AI course Responsible AI Governance & Compliance.
