Sune Fugleholm has solid litigation experience and has conducted more than 75 cases before the Danish Supreme Court alone, many of them critical cases with extensive consequences. He benefits from this experience when creating good and flexible processes in major groups of cases, or when it is to be ensured that a legal issue of general public importance gets the right treatment before the courts. Sune focuses on climate law because climate challenges are and will become the biggest challenge to society for the next 10-20 years, both generally and in law. And legal innovation is what drives Sune in the work involving climate law.
