Stanley has more than 10 years of experience in providing advisory services to public authorities and businesses on complex legal issues. He provides assistance across all fields of public administrative law and has extensive experience in public administrative law, constitutional law, human rights law and public compliance. He has headed a number of big legal investigations and management audits and has extensive experience in managing large and complex related cases for public authorities. In addition, Stanley has significant litigation experience in the area of public law, including issues relating to public administrative law, constitutional law, tort and human rights. Stanley is an experienced teacher of and frequent speaker on public administrative law subjects, civil service virtues, compliance, legal investigations and the interaction between general and sector-specific rules. Stanley is the co-author of the Danish book "Compliance i det offentlige for praktikere" (in English: compliance in the public sector for practitioners) written together with Jens Teilberg Søndergaard and Sune Fugleholm. Stanley's previous employments include the Danish Ministry of Justice, the police and the prosecution service which have given him good knowledge and understanding of central government, its organisation and functions. He has consequently gained extensive experience in solving specific legal and political issues and drafting legislation.
