Rasmus assists with drafting decisions in specific matters, drawing up instructions and guidelines, access to documents, identification of rules, etc. Rasmus also provides assistance to public authorities with completion of projects, including IT projects, and administrative reviews to ensure legal public administration, and he has extensive experience in planning management processes, etc. Rasmus takes a solution-oriented and cooperative approach and is used to working closely with clients and other business associates in various practice areas. Rasmus specialises in administrative law and digitalisation but, having worked on large-scale and complex projects, he is used to working across practice groups and fields of law and has a broad legal background. Rasmus's experience has been gained by working in the field of administrative law and digitalisation for many years. Having worked on several large-scale and important public IT projects, Rasmus has gained extensive experience in working with administrative law in a digital perspective, and he has special insight into the challenges and opportunities of digitalising public administration. In this regard, Rasmus fully understands the need of public administration to ensure that digital measures are implemented in compliance with the law and at the same time to ensure appropriate working procedures. Rasmus has taught administrative law at the University of Copenhagen for a number of years which means that, in addition to his practical experience, he has a solid basic understanding of general administrative law, including municipal special rules, etc. He is also experienced in communicating complex law in an intelligible manner.
