Poul Schmith has advised NG Group in connection with the acquisition of P. Olesen og Sønner A/S

NG Group has acquired the Danish demolition giant P. Olesen og Sønner A/S along with its associated companies P. Olesen Materiel A/S and P. Olesen Ejendom A/S.

NG Group has acquired the Danish demolition giant P. Olesen og Sønner A/S along with its associated companies P. Olesen Materiel A/S and P. Olesen Ejendom A/S.

P. Olesen og Sønner A/S is engaged in demolition and remediation projects as well as the recycling of building materials, with its main office in Horsens and local offices in Aarhus, Fredericia, Roskilde, and Ringsted.

P. Olesen og Sønner A/S is a family-owned company founded by Peder Olesen in 1968.

The third generation of the Olesen family currently plays a significant role in the company’s management, a role that will continue after the completion of the sale. 

The transaction was completed on 9 July 2024 following approval from the Danish competition authorities.

Poul Schmith advised on the acquisition in collaboration with Norwegian law firm Wikborg Rein.
