Klint advises on a wide range of offshore industry aspects, particularly on renewable energy. Based on his experience as an in-house counsel with DONG Energy A/S (now Ørsted) and as the person responsible for contract and performance management of large CAPEX projects at INEOS Oil & Gas A/S, Klint provides commercial and solution-oriented advice on all contract stages in energy projects. Klint assists authorities, owners and suppliers with contract strategic issues in connection with construction projects, and he is very experienced in contract and claim management in relation to the operation and maintenance of offshore installations. He has in-depth knowledge of the specific standards of the industry including in particular FIDIC but also, for example, the Norwegian model contracts (NF, NTK and NSC) and the AIPN and LOGIC model contracts. He provides dispute resolution assistance in connection with large civil engineering disputes, including disputes about civil engineering advice, both onshore and offshore. He has extensive experience in process management of large and technically complicated disputes. Klint represents clients before the ordinary Danish courts, the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and international arbitration tribunals. Klint qualified as an arbitrator in 2022.
