Partnerships across the public and private sectors can contribute to overall financial advantages in construction and renovation projects, including in terms of quality and innovation, focus on functions, an appropriate allocation of risk between the parties and, last but not least, completion of projects on time and at the agreed price.

We facilitate the public-private partnership from start to finish

We offer assistance with public-private partnership projects where we facilitate the partnership from start to finish and help establish a good dialogue on the project between the public and private operators. We have furthermore drafted the widely used public-private standard contracts of the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority (Konkurrence- og Forbrugerstyrelsen).
We ensure that focus remains on the legal challenges and administrative processes along the way. We also ensure a strong commercial focus throughout the entire process.
