As a transaction lawyer, Henrik is also one of the leading specialists in public-private partnerships (PPP/PPC/PPIP), and since its introduction in Denmark in 2004 he has been involved in practically al-most all Danish PPP projects (approximately 40). In recent years, Henrik has therefore been specialis-ing in providing strategic advice to the culture industry, to established operators such as own-ers/investors, producers and cultural institutions. He is also a very experienced litigator and is especially experienced in conducting big cases of general public importance, including group actions. Henrik is on the board of a number of commercial boards of directors and boards of trustees, including as a chairman.
