Malene provides advice to public bodies on the planning and completion of procurement according to the Danish Public Procurement Act and the EU public procurement directives. Malene has extensive experience in advising on the planning and completion of procurement in renewable energy and large infrastructure projects and concessions.

Malene provides advice to public bodies on the planning and completion of procurement according to the Danish Public Procurement Act and the EU public procurement directives. Malene has extensive experience in advising on the planning and completion of procurement in renewable energy and large infrastructure projects and concessions.

Malene specialises in procurement law and contract law, and she has extensive experience in advising on the planning and completion of procurement in a wide range of areas including in particular renewable energy and large infrastructure projects and concessions. Malene also advises on the possibility of incorporating climate and environmental considerations into the tender proceedings, and she is also very experienced in the procurement of framework agreements. Malene assists with advice throughout the entire project with a big focus on the customer's needs, from formulating the tendering strategy, drafting the tender documents to entering into the contract, as well as assistance with any contractual disputes and subsequent contract modifications. Malene is also experienced in complaint proceedings before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud).
