Tugba Karacan

Tuğba deals with the protection and enforcement of intellectual property rights and intellectual property agreements, including assignment, licence and co-existence agreements. She also has significant experience in portfolio work concerning trademarks and designs. Tuğba combines her extensive legal expertise in intellectual property law with her commercial understanding in her advice. She is therefore also very experienced in developing IP strategies. Tuğba has gained a special understanding of the international aspect of intellectual property law which she uses in her advice. It is a result of the international nature of Tuğba's work and not least her active memberships of big recognised international organisations. She has also built up a large network of foreign specialists in intellectual property law. Tuğba also advises on intellectual property rights in M&A transactions.
