For many years, Mette has advised municipalities, regional authorities, cooperative housing societies, utility companies and private investors, among others, on all types of procurement matters, including in connection with strategic advice on tendering strategy, tendering procedure and contract drafting. Mette is also very experienced in dealing with disputes in connection with the tendering procedure, and she has litigated a large number of cases before the Danish Complaints Board for Public Procurement (Klagenævnet for Udbud) and the Danish courts. Mette also provides advice to public authorities and private investors in connection with the execution of urban development projects and the sale of municipal and regional properties, including through the establishment of land development companies. Mette also has great insight into the body of rules delimiting public authorities' activities in the cooperation with private parties and advises on the establishment of public-private cooperation, for example in connection with the construction of buildings with mixed use and financing. Finally, as a consequence of her many years of providing advice to public authorities Mette has broad experience in advising on public law matters in relation to regulatory approvals, fulfilment of regulatory requirements, public administrative law and public law regulation of real estate.
