Since 2018, Mathilde has been part of our employment and labour law team, initially as an assistant attorney and, since 2021, as an attorney. Mathilde has advised a wide range of both public and private employers on all employment law matters, including issues related to remuneration and repayment of overpaid salary and pension, large-scale dismissals, transfers of undertakings, changes in employment terms, working hours, severance agreements, fixed-term employment as well as discrimination, equal treatment and harassment. Mathilde has also prepared numerous cases for the courts, industrial arbitrations, the Danish Labour Court, and the Danish Public Servants’ Court, covering topics such as dismissals, unlawful work stoppages, interpretation of collective agreements and discrimination. In addition, Mathilde teaches as an external lecturer at Aarhus University and has served as a coach for students participating in the Hugo Moot Court Competition, an EU law moot focused on EU labour law matters.
