Louise advises both private and public employers, including self-governing institutions in and outside public sector administration, on all key employment law and labour law matters. Louise is very experienced in advising on the interaction between employment law and labour law and the Danish Public Administration Act, the Danish Public Information Act, fundamental public administrative law principles and data protection law. Louise also litigates before Danish district courts and the Danish High Court and assists in cases in industrial arbitration, before the Danish Labour Court and the Danish Supreme Court. She also assists with substantial legal investigations involving employees. Louise's advice includes assessing disciplinary proceedings, disciplinary matters, non-discrimination law, duty of fidelity, freedom of speech, psychological working environment, harassment matters, employees' criminal conduct, restructuring, working hours, holidays, sickness absence, day-to-day employment practices, etc. In addition, Louise has in-depth knowledge of whistleblower legislation and provides advice in the whistleblower area where she assists with the administration of a large number of whistleblower systems and investigations arising from whistleblower reports, for example concerning offensive behaviour, harassment, criminal conduct, including abuse of funds, bribery, bad corporate culture, etc. Louise regularly holds courses and presentations on current employment law and labour law subjects and on the whistleblower area, including the administration of whistleblower systems and dealing with whistleblower matters.
