Hanne Marthine advises on everything from the establishment of foundations, companies, associations, joint ventures and partnerships to handling the ongoing legal and compliance-related challenges faced by such organisations. Hanne Marthine's advisory services include compliance, restructuring, mergers and acquisitions and the sale of businesses and assets where she ensures that all legal aspects are handled correctly and efficiently. Working closely with a team of experienced colleagues, Hanne Marthine also acts as an administrator for a large number of foundations where she takes care of the day-to-day operations and ensures that the objective and rules of the foundations are complied with. She is also a member of the board of directors of several foundations and businesses owned by foundations, giving her a unique insight into the legal and strategic dimensions of both the work by the management and the board of directors. A key part of Hanne Marthine's work consists of conducting legal investigations with a special focus on management transactions, including assessment of potential liability in damages. Finally, Hanne Marthine is responsible for handling a significant number of compulsory and voluntary whistleblower systems on behalf of our clients. The work includes receiving, investigating and following up on reports on, among other things, suspected fraud, serious criminal offences, conflicts of interest and other critical issues on a daily basis.
