Benjamin's primary practice area is commercial and regulatory contractual matters in energy projects, and he assists with drafting, negotiating and interpretating project and collaboration agreements, assessing contractual risks and handling legal issues arising during project execution. He also has experience in prevention and handling of contract-related disputes in technically complex projects. Benjamin has special experience in carbon capture and storage (CCS) and also advises on contractual and regulatory matters relating to other energy infrastructure. As part of his work, Benjamin also assists with procurement law matters where they form an integral part of energy and infrastructure projects. In addition, Benjamin has experience advising on large-scale IT development projects in regulated environments, including projects in the cross field between legislation, IT systems, data and business processes. Benjamin has previous experience from our public law team where he advised public authorities on administrative and regulatory matters and contributed to large regulatory projects.
