Benjamin Sloth Lindgreen advises developers, contractors and public authorities within renewable energy and on complex energy and infrastructure projects.

Benjamin primarily works with commercial and regulatory contractual matters in energy projects and assists, inter alia, with the drafting, negotiation and interpretation of project and collaboration agreements, assessment of contractual risks, and handling of legal issues arising during project execution. He also has experience with the prevention and handling of contract-related disputes in technically complex projects. Benjamin has particular experience within carbon capture and storage (CCS) and also advises on contractual and regulatory matters relating to other energy infrastructure. As part of his work, Benjamin also assists with procurement law matters where these form an integrated part of energy and infrastructure projects. Benjamin further has experience advising on large-scale IT development projects in regulated environments, including projects at the intersection of legislation, IT systems, data and business processes. Benjamin has previous experience from Poul Schmith’s Public Law department, where he advised public authorities on administrative and regulatory matters and contributed to major regulatory projects.
