Torben Brøgger

Torben has more than 30 years of experience in real estate, construction and procurement law. Torben provides advice to municipalities and private investors on large-scale and complex urban and property development projects, including procurement planning. Torben also assists public authorities with large-scale construction projects. Torben has assisted both public authorities and private investors on PPP projects and assists with developing public-private partnership models for both public authorities and private investors. Finally, Torben has experience as an adviser and member of the board of directors of companies, including companies in the real estate business.
