Torben Brøgger has many years of experience advising public authorities in particular where he has assisted a number of Denmark's municipalities with the planning and execution of tenders in especially substantial and complex urban development projects and property development projects. He also assists a number of large private investors with property investments and public-private partnerships (PPP) and public-private cooperation (PPC).
