Thomas gives regular talks on IT and contract law as well as on procurement law, and he is the co-author of the book on procurement law "Aktuel Udbudsret II" (in translation: current procurement law II) of which he is the author of the chapter on e-procurement. Thomas has also been a lecturer at the University of Copenhagen for the past ten years.
