Rune has special experience in contract law and procurement law and advises on digitalisation and the procurement and development of IT systems. In this connection Rune is very experienced in participating in agile design processes and how legal and commercial requirements are integrated, making the customer's systems and business processes as efficient as possible. Rune also litigates cases about tax and insolvency before the Danish courts, including cases about avoidance and liability in damages.
