Rune focuses on litigation involving tax law and (tax) administrative law issues on behalf of the Danish Ministry of Taxation. Rune also advises the Danish tax authorities in various connections, and for a period he was seconded to the Danish Tax Agency. In addition, Rune is experienced in dealing with cases involving damages and administering large and small bankruptcy estates and advising on insolvency law issues.
