Peter Neve
Peter Neve specialises in M&A and advises industrial and financial clients in connection with transactions in both Denmark and abroad. Peter provides advice on all aspects of the transaction process, including the selection of the transaction model, planning and optimising the sales processes, investment and ownership structures, legal due diligence and on the drafting and negotiation of the transaction documents. Peter also advises Danish and international clients on setting up a business, company law, shareholders' agreements and commercial contracts.
