Mads Schak Andreasen

Mads's practice area is real estate with a special focus on urban development, project development and property transactions. He also advises municipalities on real estate tenders under The Danish Guidelines on Open Tendering in connection with the Sale of Local Authorities' Real Estate (udbudsbekendtgørelsen), including in relation to urban development companies, which are executed under the auspices of area development companies.
