Jesper represents public and private clients in all matters relating to commercial law with a particular focus on insolvency law. In various connections he has provided assistance to clients with exposing fraud for the purpose of minimising the client’s loss, including by levying attachment to secure assets, estate administration and litigation in Denmark and abroad. Jesper has been involved in many bankruptcy proceedings, including bankruptcies in the financial sector. He has also handled a large number of avoidance actions and actions for damages before the Danish High Court and the Danish Supreme Court.
