Andreas holds dual qualifications as an English solicitor and a Danish advokat. With more than 10 years' experience, he has been instrumental in leading procurement & execution for numerous offshore wind projects, negotiating EPC & O&M contracts for flagship Power-to-x projects, and managing high-value claims & disputes. Andreas also advised on the EPC contract for the first large-scale carbon capture project in Denmark. Andreas is focused on generating maximum value for his clients by understanding their business and tailoring his advice to meet their objectives. His advice is commercial, professional & pragmatic. He has extensive experience with all major international construction contracts forms including FIDIC, LOGIC, BIMCO, NEC as well as domestic Nordic standard forms. Andreas has significant experience in management and resolution of large and complex claims and disputes. He has managed cases before national courts, adjudicators and in international arbitration (Copenhagen, London & New York) as well as through alternative dispute resolution procedures such as mediation, conciliation and expert determination.
