On 30 October, RiskPoint and Poul Schmith will host a seminar on BESS, where you can meet BESS experts from European Energy, Hybrid Greentech, RiskPoint, and Poul Schmith.

BESS is moving rapidly from a promising technology to a central part of the energy system. Yet the business case remains shaped by uncertainty around grid connection, revenue stability, technology and operational risk, insurance requirements, contracts, and access to financing.

RiskPoint and Poul Schmith invite you to a seminar exploring what it will take to make BESS projects bankable in Denmark and Northern Europe, with a particular focus on co-located BESS and microgrids.

Together with experts from European Energy, Hybrid Greentech, RiskPoint, and Poul Schmith, we will discuss the market for balancing services, the commercial models most likely to endure, insurance and design requirements, contractual risk allocation, and the prospects for real-estate-mortgage-style financing of BESS projects.
