Vibe Marlene H. Guldberg

Vibe has extensive experience in handling bankruptcy proceedings across industries and acts both as a trustee and as an advisor to creditors and members of the management. She is involved in some of Denmark’s most complex insolvency matters, including investigations relating to avoidance and asset transfers. She assists clients throughout the entire process – from the initial assessment and handling of insolvency to managing the interests of creditors, acting as a trustee and conducting litigation and court-based mediation from an insolvency law perspective. Vibe has been involved in several large-scale bankruptcies in the construction and manufacturing industries where she has been in charge of the estate administration and coordinated related cases with substantial claims and assets. In this context, she has distinguished herself as a structured and solution-oriented attorney with great project management skills, supported in part by her PRINCE2® certification. She works in an analytical and efficient manner and places particular emphasis on ensuring a balanced and value-creating process for both clients and creditors. In addition to her advisory work, Vibe teaches insolvency and bankruptcy law and is frequently invited to speak at legal seminars and training courses, including through Advokaternes HR. She also appeared in the DR documentary series Pengejægerne where she was followed in her role as a bankruptcy attorney.
