Over the years Trine has been responsible for and administered a significant number of bankruptcy estates, including matters relating to real estate, construction and the financial sector. She administers the bankruptcy estate of Tønder Bank A/S and handles the legal actions that arise from the bankruptcy. Trine conducts litigation on insolvency law and business-related issues, including on avoidance and management liability and the professional liability of advisors before the Danish district courts and the Danish High Court. Trine has special experience from the financial sector as she worked in the sector from 2011 to 2013.
