Thomas Impgaard Sørensen provides advice to the Danish State, public authorities and bodies governed by public law on procurement matters, both in relation to execution of tenders, including the drafting of contracts and agreements, and in relation to any subsequent disputes that may have arisen. As a result of his former career as an officer with A.P. Møller – Maersk Group, Thomas also provides advice and litigates in our maritime law specialist team, particularly concerning cases involving oil pollution, liability under transport law, matters relating to pilots and pilot stations and ship building contracts, etc.
