Sofie Schrøder-Andreasen

Sofie Schrøder-Andreasen has worked for Poul Schmith since 2014. Sofie specialises in insolvency law and employment law with a special focus on dealing with employees in insolvent businesses. She has therefore special insight into and experience in dealing with employees in insolvent businesses and transfers of business from insolvent businesses. Sofie has also advised public bodies in connection with bankruptcies of businesses that provide services critical to society. Moreover, Sofie has experience in suspension, dismissals and summary dismissals of employees, including protected employees, as well as employment law advice on employees' legal status in connection with procurement and transfers of businesses. In addition, Sofie has extensive experience in safeguarding the interests of both public and private creditors as well as all related aspects such as terminating contracts, examination of claims, assessment of management liability and the professional liability of advisors and avoidance and recovery actions.
