Sofie Dreyer Mikkelsen

Sofie advises public authorities on procurement law and contract law. Focusing on identifying the client's commercial needs and ensuring legal compliance, she handles tender processes under the Danish rules and the EU public procurement directives. In this connection Sofie often advises on complex acquisitions in the area of defence and security directed at the international market. Sofie's previous experience includes working in our public law group where she advised on public law matters, particularly on national law and administrative law, the Danish Constitution and implementation of EU law.
