In addition, Søren has litigated cases of a one-off nature, such as the Danish Government’s financial matter with Sky Radio A/S and Talpa Radio B.V. (Radio 100 FM) after the first tendering of the programme licences for the FM5 and FM6 radio channels. Now, Søren again focuses on tax law cases. As part of his litigation expertise, Søren has been appointed as acting Eastern High Court judge.
