Simon has been in charge of some of the largest restructuring proceedings, reconstructions and bankruptcies in Denmark, including discontinuation and sale of shares, assets and large property and construction portfolios. Simon also acts as a bankruptcy or reconstruction trustee. For a number of years, Simon has also focused on the refinancing, restructuring and winding up of Danish limited partnerships. Simon holds courses and gives lectures on the trends for limited partnerships and their future existence or winding up. Simon also holds courses on restructurings, reconstructions and bankruptcy. And he conducts ligation on commercial law or insolvency law issues. Simon is entitled to appear before the Danish High Court.
