Simon has extensive experience advising both family offices and foundations, including establishment, governance, investment frameworks and ongoing structural adjustments in connection with changes in ownership or management structures, both domestically and internationally. He assists foundations in developing sustainable governance models, drafting charters and aligning investment and grant strategies with their purpose and regulatory obligations. He holds several fiduciary positions, including as Chairman of Flyvende Falk Holding, Flyvende Falk ApS, Gain & Co Holding and DefCap Group ApS, and has served on advisory boards for asset managers and family office networks. Simon also acts as the administrator of Allerfonden and is a member of the advisory board of Imperium Family Office. In addition to his experience in finance and restructuring, Simon advises Danish and international players in the security and defence sector on strategic investments, business establishment and compliance. His advice combines commercial and financial insight with a strong understanding of the sector’s regulatory and geopolitical framework. As a trustee and restructuring administrator, Simon has been involved in some of Denmark’s largest restructuring and insolvency cases. He has led complex processes involving the divestment and sale of shares, assets and major real estate and construction portfolios, including in connection with FONA and Domino’s Denmark. Simon has a right of audience before the Danish High Court and represents clients in commercial and insolvency-related litigation and arbitration.
