Simon has extensive experience in family offices, including establishment, operations, investments and adjustments in connection with changes in ownership structures nationally and internationally. He holds several directorships, including as a chairman with Flyvende Falk Holding and Gain & Co Holding, and has held positions on advisory boards of asset managers over the years. Simon is also a trustee in bankruptcy and a reconstruction trustee and has been in charge of some of the largest restructuring proceedings, corporate reconstructions and bankruptcies in Denmark, including discontinuation and sale of shares, assets and large property and construction portfolios, including FONA and Domino's Danmark. Simon is entitled to appear before the Danish High Court and represents clients in court cases and arbitration proceedings concerning commercial law and insolvency law matters.
