Sarah's primary practice area is safeguarding the interests of creditors and administering bankruptcy estates, including avoidance proceedings, bankruptcy-related disqualification proceedings and management liability proceedings. Sarah is also very experienced in administering bankruptcy estates with complex and cross-border activities, including in particular dealing with insurance law matters in a bankruptcy situation. Moreover, Sarah has extensive experience in dealing with insurance disputes and regulatory insurance law issues. Sarah is a certified insolvency lawyer and a trained project manager (PRINCE2 certified).
