Regitze conducts and advises on court and arbitration proceedings within the field of renewable energy and infrastructure projects. Regitze is an experienced litigator before the ordinary court, arbitral tribunals and is a certified arbitrator. In addition, Regitze conducts cases and advises private clients and government authorities primarily within the energy sector on insurance matters and complex procurement and is experienced in drafting and negotiating various contracts. Regitze has lectured on arbitration and litigation in a national and international perspective at several courses and seminars and has for several years coached participants in the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot. In addition, Regitze has been a member of the Board of Young Arbitrators Copenhagen (YAC) since 2021.
