Paulina Christiansen

Paulina is head of accounts and compliance controlling and has overall operational responsibility for conducting checks of impartiality and conflict of interest, client and matter creation and other business-critical registrations and updating master and matter data in the firm's systems. She has professional and staff responsibility for the team and has many years of experience in matter management, data quality and compliance in the legal industry. Paulina works in a business-focused and methodical manner to ensure correct, timely and uniform compliance with internal guidelines and external requirements for documentation and registration, including compliance with the firm's AML processes in practice. She has a special responsibility for ensuring that the firm is compliant in the area of conflicts of interest and is also particularly skilled in thinking across business, law and system support. In doing so, she helps ensure that the foundation for the firm's compliance, risk management and reporting activities is legally and operationally robust.
