Nina Månsson Langerup

Nina specialises in construction law and dispute resolution and primarily provides advice on large complex construction and infrastructure projects. Through her experience, Nina has gained great insight into the owner's, the contractor's and the technical advisor's points of view and basis of action which ensures that the client receives nuanced and balanced advice. Nina assists with solution-oriented and specific advice during all construction stages including advice on procurement, drafting and negotiating construction contracts, advice during the execution and dealing with any disputes including arbitration proceedings. Nina's in-depth understanding of construction law together with the commercial aspects give her a special ability to find the most advantageous solution to the many different issues that are often part of the construction process. Nina often works as a permanent legal advisor on construction projects. In order to ensure the best construction process, Nina is especially focusing on assisting the client with resolving and settling any disagreements that may arise between construction parties. But Nina is also very experienced in preparing and conducting arbitration before the Danish Building and Construction Arbitration Board and is therefore also able to provide such assistance if it should become necessary.
