Since 2016, Nikolaj has specialised in procurement law, first as an assistant attorney and then as an attorney. He is currently providing specialist advice to some of Denmark's biggest contracting authorities, particularly in connection with large and complex tenders for goods and services. He advises on the planning and execution of tenders, choice of procurement and contract form, drafting tender documents and determining selection and award criteria. He also has experience in negotiations, tender evaluation, formation of contract and complaint procedures. Moreover, Nikolaj has held courses on procurement law and contract law subjects and regularly assists with legal opinions in the area. Nikolaj drafts commercial contracts, including contract negotiations and drafting, on a daily basis. In that connection Nikolaj has experience in contracts on different types of equipment and services and procurement of IT.
