Morten Plannthin advises on insolvency, recovery and digitalisation. He advises on IT projects in the field of recovery, including system development, data sanitisation and deviation management, target images and connection processes, migration of data, digitalisation of decision-making processes, legislative approaches and legislative simplification. Morten has much experience handling the creditor interests of State-owned and financial enterprises, including in connection with bankruptcies, restructuring, recovery processes in relation to large groups of debtors, winding up of foreign assets and companies, mergers and acquisitions, and management liability assessment and claims for avoidance. In addition, Morten litigates court and arbitration cases about commercial issues, such as avoidance and liability claims, contractual disputes, mergers and acquisitions, as well as lending matters and provision of security. Morten is very experienced in project management ranging from IT development projects, bankruptcy estates and inter-related cases.
